In the default installation using the supplied sample Incident Form, the information relating to each incident is presented under the following tabs in the record detail view:

Detail - contains the basic summary information about the incident

Sample Incident IndustraForm - contains the primary information about the occurrence and categorization of the incident

Cause Analysis - contains the investigation into and identification of the root causes of the incident

Actions - corrective actions created in order to mitigate and correct the root causes of the incident

Notes - extra information and comments can be added as individual notes on the incident
