j5 supports the above mentioned browser versions that have been released within the last year. This requires a reasonable pace of upgrades throughout the year.
-
Any functional or security issues particular to older browser versions will require a browser update to resolve.
-
As of the August 2021 release, j5 doesn't support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge Legacy.
-
j5 supports any Microsoft Edge version (Chromium version) that is released as part of a mainstream supported release of Windows. This doesn't extend to the long-term servicing channel of Windows 10 because Microsoft Edge isn't included in that release.
-
It's possible to use j5 on Apple Safari, and there are no known defects in the browser. If a support ticket is reported about an issue that only occurs on Safari, our team will try to fix the issue, but certain issues might be added to the Known defect list and not fixed.
