30

You are signed out automatically after being inactive on the j5 Web Client for 30 minutes (by default) - no interaction or mouse cursor movement on the j5 interface.

A one-minute Logout warning dialog box appears one minute before you are signed out. The automatic sign out process is canceled as soon as there's any activity on the j5 interface.

There is a license check every 10 minutes while your session is active. Your j5 session is marked as "stale" if you have been inactive for 10 or more minutes. If another member of your company tries to sign in, and there are no more available licenses, your "stale" session is signed out and the other member can sign in.
