The Detail tab determine the name, type, design, and the enabled status of the report.

Enter a report name. The report name is used to identify the report.

Select the relevant report type. The report type determines what type of template is used: BIRT or IndustraForm.

For BIRT templates: The Report Identifier is the access path to the .rptdesign template (for example j5.ShiftHandover.handover_report). This path should not include the report-designs folder name.

For IndustraForm templates: Select the IndustraForm you want from the Form Design option list.

Enter a description for the report in the Description box.

(Optional) Select the Add to Report Archive checkbox when you want to keep a copy of the report in the report archive.

(Optional) Select the No Preview Available? checkbox to disable the Preview button in the list view.

Select Enabled when the report is ready for use.
