Auto-populated read-only boxes can be configured to be overridable. You can override calculated boxes and boxes obtaining their values from external sources (for example, process tag values) when the recorded values are incorrect.
Boxes that can be overridden have a pencil 
in the top right corner when you place your mouse cursor over the box.
Click the pencil to edit the value. The Edit Formula (Temporary) dialog box appears. Edit the value and click Save.
