The following features and functionalities are enhanced to the Hangers and Supports in SDB 12.1 version.
Weld connection 'E' between Leg and Plate part for HoldDown Support
Created new weld connection 'E' between leg and Plate part for hold down support. Use new weld connection 'E' though weld rule table. New part number is added to use new weld connection 'E'.
Two different gap attributes for Guide Supports.
Two different gap attributes are created to control the either side of gaps for Guide supports. Gap2 attribute is added for all guide supports. This works similar way of Gap1, for all existing supports this attribute is added.
One-sided flange smartpart is used to in new base support
One-sided flange smartpart is used in base support to create new support. Flange smart part will be the flange attachment in base support. New part number has been provided as a sample support.
Access to pipe tier info for back to back supports
Access to pipe tier info for back to back supports like U frame and Corner L frame. "Pipe Tier" "Tier Bottom Pipe Index" and "Tier Top Pipe Index" properties added. These properties added for all existing supports in back to back UFrame and LFrame supports.
Base Support enhanced with "leg orientation" property.
Using Leg orientation property, we can rotate leg in Base support. This "Leg orientation" property is added for existing base supports. This works for vertical pipe supports.
Trunnion support to include pipe clamps and shear lug
Now trunnion support has new configuration with pipe clamp and shear lug. New part number is added in single trunnion supports.
