The Bolt 1 attributes define the first bolt for the support. If the support is bolted directly to the structure, then do not include legs, top plates, or clevises in the support data. For a double Hold Down, the Bolt 1 attributes are used for the middle bolt.

Implementation Details

IJUAhsBolt1::Bolt1Part

Specifies part number of the first bolt.

IJUAhsBolt1Qty::Bolt1Quantity

Specifies the number of bolts on each side of the route and the number of legs or clevises on each side of the pipe, if bolts and clevises exist.

Double bolt configuration is supported only when you use clevises and not steel legs.

Hold Down - Bolt1 - Bolt1Qty & Bolt1Gap

IJUAhs_Bolt1Gap::
Bolt1GapValue

Specifies the distance between the centers of the two bolts when Bolt1Quantity is set to 2. The gap value is ignored when Bolt1Quantity is set to 1.

IJUAhsBolt1Length::
Bolt1Length

Specifies the length of the Bolt that is set on the bolt part.

For the length to be set on the part, length must be an occurrence attribute (OA) on the part.

IJUAhsBolt1Offset1::
Bolt1Offset1

Specifies the offset for the bolt connection to the top plate in the direction along the main steel member.

You can ignore the offset if you have a clevis instead of a leg and a top plate.

Hold Down - Bolt 1 - Bolt1Offset1

IJUAhsBolt1Offset2::
Bolt1Offset2

Specifies the offset for the bolt connection to the top plate in the direction perpendicular to the main steel member.

You can ignore the offset if you have a clevis instead of a leg and a top plate.

Hold Down - Bolt 1 - Bolt1Offset2

Bolt 2 Attributes

The Bolt 2 attributes display the same behavior as the Bolt 1 attributes.
