  1. Click the Select Tool on the Schematic toolbar.

  2. Select the symbol set that you want to change.

    A symbol set is a group of identical symbols containing the same attributes. Only symbols containing the same attributes can be selected and changed simultaneously.

    You can select more than one symbol at a time by clicking the Select Tool and then holding the Shift or Ctrl key as you click the symbols.

  3. Make the desired changes in the Attribute Viewer window.

  • The Attribute Viewer displays user-defined properties and parameters of a selected element, symbol, or object. User-defined properties appear in plain text; parameters appear in bold text.

  • After you have changed an attribute, the change is applied to all symbols within the symbol set.
