In order to run SmartPlant P&ID via Citrix using Oracle, users or groups that will be using SmartPlant P&ID are required to be included in the "Create Global Objects" policy security setting.

In Windows, open Control Panel.

Click Administrative Tools.

Double-click the Local Security Policy icon.

In the left pane of the window that opens, expand the hierarchy Local Policies > User Rights Assignment.

In the right pane, double-click Create global objects.

On the Create global objects Properties dialog box, click Add User or Group.

On the dialog box that opens, add the users or groups that will be using SmartPlant P&ID.
