Expand the tree view, and open the folder of your choice.

Select the required rule.

Do one of the following:

Click Edit > Properties.

On the toolbar, click

Right-click and on the shortcut menu, click Properties.

Click the Rule Components tab.

On the Rule Components tab, depending on the rule type, do one of the following:

To change the rule type from single component to relation, clear the Single component check box and then, under Component 2, click Browse to specify the second rule component.

To change the rule type from relation to single component, select the Single component check box.

When changing the rule type from relation to single component, criteria entered on
the filter and consistency tabs is deleted automatically. When changing the rule type
from single component to relation, criteria entered on the filter and consistency
tabs is not deleted.
