In the Desktop Client, click Administration > Schema Import Wizard.

In the Schema Import Wizard dialog box, under Select compare context, click Compare content of selected files against all database items with a matching container ID.

Browse to select the SCHEMA_EFSchema-Gen.xml file in the Select external schema file box, and click Next.

Under Comparison Results, select the schema changes you want to load into the SmartPlant Foundation database from the Select changes to load list, and click Next.

Under Review Changes, review the schema changes, and then click Finish.

Repeat steps 1-6 to load the schema changes from the SCHEMA_SPO_Integration-Gen.xml file.
