In upgraded CDW sites, you will need to configure an access group to manage the CDW precedence rules before you can use them.

In SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client, find the ManagePrecedenceRules method and associate it with the CDWAdministrator access group.

Click File > Reset User Profile to refresh the view of the database before you query for schema objects or use the Manage Precedence Rules command.
