The Server Manager Tools > Recycle > Server Application Pool command recycles only the server application pool related to the selected site.
Click Tools > Recycle > Server Application Pool to recycle only the server application pool for the selected site.
You can also right-click the selected site and click Tools > Recycle > Server Application Pool on the shortcut menu.
For a secondary SmartPlant Foundation site, only a server application pool can be recycled.
