Error Message

"The request was aborted: The operation has timed out"

This error occurs when multiple users are concurrently logging into the Desktop Client when the Intergraph Smart Licensing (ISL) keystore only has FDY tokens.

Solution

From SmartPlant Foundation IM Update 38, you can set the Server Manager LicenseServerTimeout site setting to a period of time before the license server operation from the server times out. The default is 300000 milliseconds. All users should then be able to log on to the Desktop Client without errors. For more information, see Site Settings node properties.
