Allows you to enter the credential information for Smart API Manager so the wizard can perform the required configuration.
SAM Base URL - Specifies the fully-qualified URL of the base installation of Smart API Manager, such as https://sam.domain.com/sam.
Username - Enter an administrative user name that has rights to create a client in Smart API Manager.
Password - Enter the password for the administrative user.
