Update 19 Highlights

• The To Do List in the Web Client now displays the Checklist configured for a specific workflow step.

  Preparing checklists for the workflow makes the workflow easier to manage and improves the overall process. The administrator can enhance the workflow template with the checklists required for completing a workflow step.

  Starting with Update 19, the workflow step owner may easily follow the assigned checklist items in a simple and intuitive manner from the dedicated pane available in the Web Client. If the workflow step has a checklist associated, the Checklist tab will be displayed by default.

  Checklists may be optional or required. The mandatory Checklist is highlighted with a red star in the tab name.
