Web Client can be used on desktop, laptop, and portable devices that meet the following recommendations.

Hardware recommendations

Desktop and laptop computers (64-bit) must meet the following minimum requirements:

• The device was manufactured within the last three years.

• The graphics card has a minimum of 128MB RAM or more.

  Graphic cards that do not meet these requirements are still supported, but software performance may be degraded.

• The device uses the latest available drivers and has been updated within the last six months.

The following mobile devices are recommended and should meet the following minimum requirements:

For mobile devices, it is important to understand that the combination of device manufacturer, operating system, web browser, and other configuration options can have a significant impact on user experience.

For desktop computers, laptop computers, and tablets, the hardware and software must support WebGL to view files. To test your system, point a browser on that system to https://get.webgl.org/.

Desktop and laptop supported software configurations

Operating systems:

• Windows 11 Professional or Enterprise edition (64-bit), version 21H2 or later

• Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise edition (64-bit), version 21H1 or later

Web browsers (the two most recently released versions):

• Google Chrome

• Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)

Optional software:

• Microsoft Office Excel 2016, 2019, or 2021 is required to view files that are exported from the Web Client to Excel format.
