The SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client supports a set of parameters that can be used when launching the application from the command line or URL.
When you run the Desktop Client from a URL using SPFOpen, the parameters are parsed
by SPFOpen.exe and converted to a format that will invoke the Desktop Client from
the command line. SPFOpen requires a unique URL format.
