An administrator can override the default maximum number of parallel running threads to increase the efficiency in the polling process. The default values for the schedulers can be changed by:

Increasing the default minimum number of threads.

Overriding the property MaxTaskThreads by setting the schedulers to have a maximum of five (5) threads running per task.
The default scheduler's polling interval minimum value is set to 30 minutes (1800000ms)
and cannot be overridden.
