  1. Open a workplace in the Site > Work Group > Workplace tree.

  2. Select a storage location in the Available Storage Locations list.

  3. Click Add to place it in the Selected Storage Locations list.

  4. Change the location type, if needed.

  5. Click the button to save the selected row.

  • You can add the same location multiple times to a workplace if the location type is different. For example, you can add location A001 as a Front Storage type, and then add location A001 again as a Work Place Storage type.

  • Depending on the parameters being used, only these locations may be available for the workplace in Smart Production Workshop. For more information about parameter options, see Limitations for Available Locations.
