Prepare MIR by Reservation - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Training - Hexagon

Purpose

This section explains how to create a MIR (Material Issue Report) by reservation in the Smart Materials Site module.

The MIR defined in this exercise is assigned to the reservation run created during the ‘Material Forecast/Reservation’ tutorial. For more information, see Forecast and Reservation.

Exercise

1. Open the Material Issuing screen from the Home> Site >Warehouse Management > Material Issuing.

2. Click Create MIR to create new MIR.

3. In Create MIR model window, select Reservation from Create MIR of type dropdown, and click create.

   

4. In the MIR Details tab of MIR By Reservation, click on Issued On field.

   

5. Open the Calendar using and pick a date from the calendar.

6. In the Reservation Code field, click on LOV and select RESERV-MG-01 from the LOV.

7. Enter your name in the Issue by field.

8. Select the subcontractor name from the LOV in the Company field.

9. Enter MIR Training in the Short Description and Description fields.

   

10. Click Save to save the changes.
