When you check the requisition line item quantities, there are several things to consider:

  • Does the requisition cover the intended scope?

  • Does the requisition reflect what is designed?

  • Is the correct amount of contingency applied to the quantity?

The questions should be answered with yes if the workflows are clearly defined and set up to:

  • capture the MTO from design

  • import and check the MTO load file

  • and generate the requisition based on project specific requisition templates.

To maintain the line items of an engineering requisition, click the Engineering Requisition code to open Window which provides the following tabs:

  • Variation Rates

  • Alternative/Options

  • Suggested Bidders
