Environment variables are not supported when setting up licensing for SmartPlant
Foundation.
In products that are built for SmartPlant License Manager (SPLM) and used with Smart Licensing, the following environment variables can be used on the client computers:

ProjectName

NodeName

UserNameEx
If the configuration connection info (.cci) file is loaded per device, the value
of the UserNameEx variable can be set to anything. If the configuration connection
info (.cci) file is loaded per user, the value of this variable must be set to the
name of the account that loaded the file. Otherwise, the application fails to get
a license.
