Modify list table data - Intergraph Smart Isometrics Material Editor - Help - Hexagon PPM

List tables are used by the Material Wizard to automate the process of defining item code, description and SKEY data for new materials. All list tables always have the same three attributes: Short Name, Long Name, and SKEY. As such, editing and adding data is a simple and straightforward process.

Add a New Record to a List Table

1. Select the Reference Tables tab in the Database window.

2. Expand the Lists node in the Reference list, and then select the list table to modify.

3. Scroll down to the last row of table data.

4. Type the Short Name, Long Name, and SKEY.

   

   • Click Insert > New Reference Table Record to insert a blank row if needed

   • Press Tab after each entry to move to the next cell.

5. Click Save .

   The software saves the new record to the database.

Edit List Table Data

1. Click the Reference Tables tab in the Database window.

2. Expand the Lists node in the Reference list, and select the list table to edit.

3. Locate the record to edit, and make the needed changes.

4. Click Save .

   The software saves the changes to the database.

Delete a Record from a List Table

1. Select the Reference Tables tab in the Database window.

2. Expand the Lists node in the Reference list, and select the list table to modify.

3. Select the row with the record to delete, and press Delete.

4. Click Save .

   The software saves the changes to the database.
