When querying OData API resources, clients may append a type-cast URL segment to limit the response to a specified type. Typically, the specified type is derived from the declared type of the collection.
However, the OData Core vocabulary includes the Org.OData.Core.V1.MayImplement annotation to advertise non-derived types that can also be used in type-cast URL segments.
