Load the new schema and administration objects

1. In the Desktop Client, click File > Loader, and select the following files, which were generated in the previous procedure:

   • SPF_01_AuthoringSchema.xml

   • SPF_02_AdminData.xml

   • SPF_03_AuthFormInstruction.xml

   • SPF_04_DWAdminData.xml

   • SPF_05_DWFormInstruction.xml

2. Click Process to load the changes into the SmartPlant Foundation database.

Update access group for the new PBS graph definition

The Schema Editor automatically generates a graph definition called DGD_PBSHierarchy; the change will be loaded with the Schema Import Wizard.

A few updates need to be made to the PBSHierarchy graph def. These changes are made when you load the UpdatePBSHierarchyGraphDef.xmlldr file, which is part of the AlternativePBS sample available from Smart Community. For more information, see Find sample data on Smart Community. This file references the scripts that make the necessary updates to the PBSHierarchy graph def.

Use File > Loader to open and load this file. The scripts below are loaded and run in the correct order:

• 01-ADMIN_Update_PBSHierarchy.xml

• 02- SCHEMA_Update_PBSHierarchy.xml

Replace existing PBS map file

1. To replace the existing PBS map file, find the existing tool schema PBS tool map schema in SmartPlant Foundation by selecting Find > Adapter Documents, type PBS Map Schema, and click OK.

2. Check out the PBS Map Schema file.

3. Replace the checked-out document (ToolMapSchema_PBS.xml) with the newly-generated map schema ToolMapSchema_SPF.xml (Rename and replace).

4. Check in the new PBS Map Schema file.

5. Log out of Desktop Client.
