  1. Click Find > Administration > Form Section to find the SPXTaggedItem-C form section, and click Manage Display Items.

  2. Verify that the display items related to the existing PBS are not displayed. In this case, verify that the AreaTag and UnitTag display items are not displayed in the Manage Display Items- SPXTaggedItem-C dialog box.

  3. Click Create to create new display items.

  4. In the Name box, type the name of one of the new PBS display items. For example, type SubSystemTag in the Name box.

  5. In the Description box, type the description of that new PBS display item. For example, type Sub System Tag DI in the Description box.

  6. In the Display As box, type the PBS display item's name to be displayed in the Desktop Client user interface. For example, SubSystemTag.

  7. Select RelDef from the Display Item Type list.

  8. Select the relationship definition that you created in the SCHEMA_TAG.xlsm file from the Relationship list. In this case, select PBSPlantSUBSystemTAG from the Relationship list.

  9. In the SPFRelDefDirection box, type the direction of the relationship definition. In this case, type 21 in the SPFRelDefDirection box.

SHARED Tip You can create another dependent display item in the same way. For example, to create PBSSystemTag, type the following values:

Name: PBSSystemTag

Description: PBS System Tag DI

Display As: PBSSystemTag

Display Item type: RelDef

Relationship: PBSPlantSystemTAG

Dependent display item: SubSystemTag

Direction: 21
