If you are using a SmartPart Guide, then either Thickness2 or Length2 must be an occurrence attribute on the guide part. These attributes allow you to modify the length depending on the SecConfig attribute on the guide part (Vertical or Horizontal).

If you are using a SmartPart Plate, then the length cannot be modified using this attribute.

If you are using a RichHgrBeam part, then this attribute only modifies the steel length.
