Notebook documents are Jupyter Notebooks produced within Python Studio which can contain both Python code and Rich Text elements. Notebooks are very powerful because they contain both executable Python code (in code cells) while also providing the capability for Rich HTML-enabled markdown text to organize the script, explain what is taking place at each step, and format an aesthetically pleasing report output.
Notebook files are the only supported type of document to open within Python Studio.
