Adds pipeline attributes to the PCF. The software usually performs this action during drawing extraction using a pipeline attributes file or on import using the Get External Data (GED) function. However, to see the attributes against the pipeline in Smart Isometrics, you must add them to the PCF before importing the file.
PCF ADD-ATTRIBUTES 'C:\SampleProj \Data\Attributes\Attributes.txt' '>' ATTRIBUTE1
Three parameters are accepted:
-
The name of the attribute file in single quotes.
-
The delimiter in single quotes.
-
An optional attribute value in single quotes. If not set, the default is ATTRIBUTE1.
Sample Attributes.txt file:
PIPE1>ATTRIBUTE1>ATTRIBUTE2>ATTRIBUTE3>
The value used is for the second attribute in the file. The command uses the first value for the pipeline reference, followed by n+1.
