You can create public and private views. If a user creates a private view, that view can exist even after that user has been removed from PAS Dashboard. In this case, the view is no longer accessible or needed, but calculations can continue running for that view. The PAS Dashboard Configuration page allows you to delete private views.
To delete a private view for another user:

In Internet Explorer on the computer where you installed PAS Dashboard, open http://localhost/dashboard/configure.aspx
Using localhost on the PAS Dashboard server, makes sure you have permissions to that server, which restricts this access.

Click Views at the top of the window. The Views page is displayed.

In the list of views on the left, select the view you want to delete.

Click the Delete button.

Click Yes.
