The Spoolgen product DVD includes the application files, the installation program, sample project data, and all the Spoolgen documentation.
For the recommended installation workflow, refer to the installation checklist (SpoolgenInstall_Checklist.pdf) in the Help folder on the product media. A copy of the Spoolgen checklist in Microsoft Excel format (SpoolgenInstall_Checklist.xls) is also delivered during Spoolgen setup to the c:\Program Files (x86)\Intergraph Smart\Spoolgen\resdlls\0009 folder for future reference.
Sample Project Data
When you install Spoolgen, the setup process also installs a utility called Create Tutorial Project. This utility creates a sample isometric directory named SampleIsoDir that contains a sample project named S5Tutorial on the local drive. By default, the project contains a complete set of sample isometric styles that determine the content and appearance of an Isogen drawing, as well as sample material data and sample piping specifications.

The sample data is intended for instructional purposes while learning the software and is not recommended for real projects.

To create a user-defined project, you must use I-Configure to define your project settings.
