Item type
Define the type of object in the design from which the dimension is measured. Isogen uses a different annotation for each of the choices, such as BEAM for Horizontal Steel Work and COLUMN for Vertical Steel Work. The following options are available: Building, Equipment item, Floor level, Grid line, Horizontal steel work, Pipeline, Vertical steel work, Wall, and Miscellaneous.
Orientation and Line type
Specify the orientation (using EAST, NORTH, UP, WEST, SOUTH, DOWN) and style of the symbol drawn by Isogen to represent the referenced object.
Dimension style
Select the type of reference dimension to place: an Orthogonal dimension style or a Skew dimension style.
Type
Specify Relative or Absolute coordinates. If you select Relative coordinates, the software displays the values in the East/West, North/South, and Up/Down boxes as entered by the user. If you select Absolute coordinates, the software computes the reference dimension displayed on the isometric drawing using the known position of the point where the reference dimension is placed and the user-defined position of the referenced item
East/West
Specify the East/West coordinate.
North/South
Specify the North/South coordinate.
Up/Down
Specify the Up/Down coordinate.
Message style
Select a style for the message text: Unboxed, Square, Pointed, or Round.
Text
Type a name or other identification for the referenced item.
