In this module, you can edit the properties for the weld such as FUP (Fit Up) Date and Report No. After saving the data, the weld is disabled for editing.

  1. Click Fit Up.

  2. In the search bar, enter *, select any filter criteria, and click Refresh .

The software displays all the ISO/Drawing Numbers that satisfy the filter criteria.

If you want particular drawing numbers to be displayed in the ISO/Drawing No list:

    • Copy the ISO/Drawing numbers from the Excel sheet and paste them in the Search bar. After you paste the drawing numbers in the Search bar, they are separated with the | symbol.

For example, If you copy two drawing numbers from the Excel sheet and paste them in the Search bar, the drawing numbers appear as as HXN81X-S91011-IS030015|HXN81X-S91011-IS030016 separated with the | symbol.

    • In the Search bar, type the ISO/Drawing number in the format below:

*last two digits of the drawing number* or *Drawing number pattern*

For example, if the drawing number is HXN81X-S91011-IS030015, in the Search bar, type *15* or type *S91011*. Then only the drawing numbers related to the pattern will be displayed in the ISO/Drawing No list.

This is applicable to all the modules of Weld Quality Management System where ever there is a filter criteria for ISO/Drawing numbers.

  3. Select an ISO from the list, and all the welds on that ISO are displayed in the table.
