You must define the modules for which you want to generate the report and also define the module-submodule relationship for the reports.

To define the module and submodule relationship:

  1. Open WQMS-Modules Excel sheet.

  2. Navigate to WQMS Reports sheet > WQMSReportsModule section and edit the following properties to create a new UID:

    • UID - Type a unique identification name for the report in the UID syntax.

    • Name - Type a name for the report.

    • Description - Provide a short description to explain the purpose of the report.

    • WQMSModuleName - Specify the name that must appear in the UI for a module.

    • WQMSModuleDisplayDescription - Specify the tooltip for the module.

    • WQMSModuleImage - Specify the icon for the module. You can use only the existing icons within the module.

    • WQMSModuleViewClass - Displays the view (Column Set-Column Items) for a module.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.

  3. Go to WQMSModuleSubModule section, and edit the following properties to define module-submodule relationship for the report.

    • UID - Type a unique identification name for the report in the UID syntax.

    • UID1 - This is the UID for the parent module that is created in WQMSReportsModule section. For example, WQMSReportsModule_Reports.

    • UID2 - This is UID for the child module that is created in WQMSReportsModule section. For example, WQMSReportsModule_MaterialTraceabilitySummary.

    • OrderValue - Specify the order in which the modules must display in the UI.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.
