After defining the modules and submodules for the required reports, you must create and configure column-sets and column-items that must appear in the reports.

To create column-set and column-items:

  1. Open WQMS-Modules Excel sheet.

  2. Navigate to ModuleSpecificProperties sheet > updateInstructions section and edit the following properties:

    • UID - Type a unique identification name for the report in the UID syntax.

    • Name - Type a name for the report.

    • RefClass - Specify the class name to which the report belongs to.

    • RefUID - Provide the reference UID for the report module.

    • AddedInterfaces - Specify the interface to which the updated properties belong to.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

    • ClassDef - Define the class definition for the report.

    • Column Set - Specify the column-set UID that must appear in the report module. For more information, refer to Create or modify column set.

    • Header Class Def - Define the class Definition for the header section of the report.

    • Body Class Def - Define the class definition for the body section of the report.

    • Page Size - Define the page size for the report.

    • Header Body relation - Define the relationship between the header and body of the column-set.

    • Report Definition - Define a UID that creates a relationship between module and report. This is the UID defined in WQMS-Reports Excel file > ReportDefinition sheet > WQMSReportDef section. For more information, refer to Generate reports using Report Definition.

    • Discipline - Specify the discipline of the report. For example, Structural (STR) or Piping (PIP).

    • DisciplineProp - Specify the discipline property for the report. For example, WQMSWeldComp_Discipline, here Weld Component is the discipline.

    • FilterProp - Specify the default filter that must appear in the UI.
