Animation > Display Sets > Capture

Toggles on and off recording display set motion as well as settings such as date and time defined in either the Sequencer or the Animation Playback/Capture Settings dialog box. As you create your Display Set animation, you insert points that define your animation path. Points indicate positional changes and are associated to a specific time.

  • You can open the Animation toolbar (Animation > Toolbar) and click the Display Set Animation Capture Mode to also turn capture mode on and off. The Capture Mode toolbar button is pressed in to indicate that this mode is enabled.

  • When you are using drag-and-drop operations to move a display set during capture, your cursor icon changes to indicate capture is enabled.

  • To make sure display set motion is enabled, click Motion > [Display Set Name].

  • Capture mode also enables you to add or modify points in a Display Set animation path.

  • If you do not have a display set selected, this command is not enabled.
