The columns in the Comments Reviewer represent each of the comment attributes. Select the columns to show in the Comments Reviewer grid and in the Text window. By default, the comment number and Text columns display and the comment number cannot be removed.
In the example below, the Action and Creator columns have been selected in addition to the default number and Text columns. The column information displays in the Text window.
Clear the column check box to remove the column display.

Status
Specifies the status of the comment.
Discipline
Specifies the discipline associated with the comment.
Category
Specifies the category associated with the comment.
Creator
Specifies the creator of the comment.
Computer name
Specifies the name of the computer that generated the comment.
Site ID
Specifies the site identification associated with the comment.
Created
Displays the date the comment was placed.
Modified
Displays the date the comment was last modified.
