View > Common Views > Rotate with Model Fit
Determines if Smart Review updates the eye point in the Main view when you use the common view commands to rotate the model. If this command is on, Smart Review fits the Main view to the model after you rotate the model. If this command is off, Smart Review does not fit the model in the Main view when you rotate the model.
To use the common view commands to rotate about an object, turn this option off and use the encircle mode to move around the
