The Smart Reference Data software allows you to schedule transfer jobs at your preferred date and time. The transfer job dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the job status (Running, Waiting, Error, and Completed), graphical view of the job progress, and also the cumulative bar chart representing all the job statuses that are scheduled.

Schedule a new job.

View the current status of each job in Intergraph Batch Manager (IBS).

View the live progress of job. The guage view dynamically shows the job goals as per the defined job.

View the key properties of the job. Displays job definition, destination, and statistics.

View all the scheduled jobs. The bar graph view dynamically provides the cumulative statuses of all the scheduled jobs.

Schedule a job

  1. Click Integration > Smart 3D > Smart 3D Transfer Jobs.

  2. Click the Transfer Jobs tab.

  3. Click Select Job, and then select the job that you want to schedule

  4. Click Schedule Job, and then under Schedule section, click Add to queue.

  5. Set Date and Time, and then click Ok.

You can set the Advance Settings to manage the job running settings.

The Advance Settings option allows you to select job running constraints for a scheduled job. Select the following options to run a scheduled job even if the:

  • Export contains unused commodity codes

  • Symbols missing for idents

  • Paths are write protected

  • Interface version missing in destination

    • Destination change exists

      • Ignore and continue

      • Ignore and cancel

Edit a scheduled job

  1. Click Integration > Smart 3D > Transfer Job Dashboard. All the scheduled jobs are listed with their current state.

  2. Click a job that is in WAITING state.

    You can only edit a job that is in waiting state.

  3. Click the edit icon, and from the Schedule column, double-click the scheduled time to open the Transfer Job Scheduler Job dialog box.

Edit the queue, date and time, or advance setting, and then click Ok.
