  1. Click Integration > CADWorx > CADWorx Transfer Jobs.

  2. Click the Select Job button to select a job.

  3. Click Start Job to run the selected export job.

    • If the data tables of the current job are locked by another job, you can click the Unlock Data Table and Start Job button to unlock all the tables and start the job. However, there are a few limitations when unlocking data tables. Data tables are unlocked if:

      • The job that locks the tables was launched by another user.

      • The locked data tables belong to another project or product group.

      • The job is in a RUNNING state.

    • During the job run, if you encounter any Oracle based unhandled exception at any stage, please check your database connection. The exception may be because the connection with the database is lost. We recommend you to kill the job process, establish the database connection, and then try starting the job again.

  4. Click New Run to create a new job run, copying all the job information of the current job to the new run.

  5. Click Cancel Job to cancel a transfer job and to unlock all the data tables locked by the current job.

The Job Stage status, Job completed means that the job cancellation is completed, but not the transfer job

  6. Click Initialize Job to initialize the details of the selected transfer job, such as fetching idents. You can execute the initialization when the job is at NO_STAGE.
