The folder assigned to the DBA setting corresponding to COMPANY_IDENT_UPLOAD_DEST must have full permissions to IUSR and IIS_IUSRS<ApplicatoinServerName>

Open the application server.

Go to the folder assigned to COMPANY_IDENT_UPLOAD_DEST DBA setting.

Right-click the folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.

From Group or user names, select IUSR, click Edit, and then select Full Control.

Similarly, provide full control access to IIS_IUSRS<ApplicatoinServerName>.
