Only users with Super User role permissions can define prompts. For all other users,
the Add Row button is disabled.

From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Glossaries > Prompts.

Click Add Row.

Type Prompt, Hint Text, and Tooltip.

To add a field, select a prompt and click Add Row in the Field section.

Type the field name and then click Save.
