For structure data, you also need to specify the map translations data. You must specify the exact data that denotes a specific meaning. Let’s consider an example. Let’s say the XML file for structure has the data for specifying whether a class property is mandatory or not. Different users may have different conventions for data. It may be ‘Y’ or ‘Yes’ or ‘YES’ or ‘TRUE’ or ‘MANDATORY’, and so forth. So you must specify this convention corresponding to the translation for ‘MANDATORY_YES’.

The software provides a grid view for maintaining this data corresponding to each mapping configuration. This grid view can be opened through the same screen for managing the CMS XML mapping configurations by either double-clicking on the record for the configuration or through the corresponding shortcut menu command.

You must fill out the mapping for all the Smart Reference Data translation elements. We can specify only one value for each translation element. Note that this management of translation is needed for structure data only and is not relevant for article data.
