  1. Start Smart Materials.

  2. On the A.30.03 Roles/Menus screen (Role Menus tab), select a role.

  3. In the Menu Item field, enter the appropriate menu code. Navigating away from this field causes the Item Label and Menu Type to be displayed automatically.

  4. Click Save Save_Classic.

The Read Only check box has no relevance in the context of menu control and is thus ignored.
