  1. Assign the destination directory for the dll file download to the DLL_DOWNLOAD_DEST DBA setting.

  2. Assign the virtual directory for the dll file download to the DLL_DOWNLOAD_URL DBA setting.

  3. On Integration > Smart 3D > Smart 3D Transfer Jobs > General Configurations, set the general config item EXPORT_DLL_FILE to Y.

    • Alternatively, set EXPORT_DLL_FILE to C to copy the extracted DLLs to the symbol share path specified in the destination definition. The files will not be stored on the Smart Reference Data application server in a ZIP file.

    • Alternatively, set EXPORT_DLL_FILE to YC to save the extracted DLLs on the application server in a ZIP file. Additionally, the DLLs are copied to the symbol share path specified in the destination definition.

  4. If EXPORT_DLL_FILL is set to C or YC, define a symbol share to the destination in the Symbol Share Path box on the Integration > Smart 3D > Smart 3D Transfer Jobs > Destinations screen. For more information, see Destinations and Structures.
