This procedure must be performed by an administrator.

  1. Bulk load the revised specification into Smart 3D.

    The bulk load must be successful without any errors.

Open a Smart 3D session and select the Systems and Specifications command from the Tasks menu.

On the Define Allowed Specifications dialog box, select the new entry (example 12CG0T01), and add it to a system.

In this way, you can restrict the piping designer to use only the latest revision of the specification.
