  1. Open Data Tables screen.

  2. Select the data table you want to customize.

  3. Add a new record, and duplicate the previous record with the original values.

  4. Change the data table name by adding the Design Standard Identifier within brackets as the suffix to the OriginalSheetName.

    For example, a valid data table could be named AspectCode[2007] where 2007 is the [DesignStdIdentifier].

    The DesignStdIdentifier should be a meaningful and unique name that indicates the reason for customization and helps with easy identification. The DesignStdIdentifier must be enclosed in [ ] (brackets). Ensure that the original data table name is not changed in any way.

  5. If the data table is discipline-specific, enter the disciplines in the Discipline block at the bottom.

  6. Click Save.
