Periodically, the Smart Materials Product Center releases service packs that update crucial new areas of development and any customer-requested service or trouble requests. It is important for each customer to stay current by evaluating and installing each new service pack and major release.
This section describes the process for installing a new Smart Reference Data service pack with minimal customization.
The audience includes Smart Materials administrators and Oracle developers or database administrators (DBAs).
Assumptions are as follows:
