On the S.60.02 Fluid Definitions screen, define the fluids.

  1. Select a fluid group from the LOV in the Fluid Group field.

    The fluid group description appears in the Short Desc field.

  2. Type the fluid code in the Fluid Code field.

  3. (Optional) Type a fluid prefix in the Prefix field.

  4. Type the fluid description in the Short Desc and Description fields.

  5. Type the water danger class in the Danger Cl Water field.

  6. Type the status in the Status field.

  7. Select the fluid colour code from the LOV in the Colour Code field.

    The colour description appears in the Short Desc field.

  8. Type the air danger class in the Danger Cl Air field.

  9. Enter additional descriptions, notes, or comments about the fluid in the Comment 1 and Comment 2 fields.

  10. To assign fluid safety documents to the fluid, type the material safety data sheet number in the Safety Data Doc field.

  11. Select the fluid danger class from the LOV in the Danger Class field.

  12. Click Save.
